Background
About Me
After having my son, I wanted to get into better shape for myself and to be strong and healthy for my son. This was where my fitness journey began. I then decided that I wanted to help others with their journey too. Whether this was to train for their own specific goals or just to feel healthier both physically and mentally. I love working with people and I am very passionate about what I do. I remember how I felt when I started seeing results with my own body, so really wanted to turn that into something I could share.
Approach
I believe in a holistic approach to health, combining physical fitness with mental and emotional balance. All clients are different and we all need an individual plan that is specifically curated to suit your particular needs. I strive to provide my clients with the best practices for overall vitality, so that you can achieve your goals in a way that suits you.

Hobbies and interests
I am a lover of the outdoors, so any activity that involves being in nature. Long hikes with the dogs, out in the country on a horse, or just going for a run on the beach. But I think life is all about balance, so I enjoy socialising and enjoying a glass of wine (or two!) on a warm sunny day. Everything is in moderation, so we can indulge every now and then and still work towards our fitness goals. I find that this is the best overall approach as long as we work hard!
